This course is designed for
professional people who want to improve their career prospects
in the Hotel and Catering Industry.
Minimum age: 18
Available: 3 courses a year
Course duration: 6 weeks
English level: From pre-intermediate
upwards
Course includes:
- 20
General English lessons per week of 45 minutes duration.
- 8
lessons per week dealing with the particular needs
of the trade.
- All teaching materials.
- Use of video, language
laboratory and computers.
- Visits to Hotel, Catering College,
plus one free lunch with teacher at Catering College.
- Weekly
sports and social programme.
- Optional weekend excursions
at extra cost.
